Snoring due to blockages in the nose and mouth.
It is understood that approximately forty-five percent of average adults may have the inclination to snore once in a while and about 24 percent of these are persistent snorers. The problem of snoring occurs mostly with men as well as overweight people and as time goes by, becomes worse.
Those very loud sounds we call snoring usually happen when and if there is some obstruction to the free flow of air through the channels at the back of the nose, throat and mouth. These areas can be regarded as being a collapsible part of the airway and here the tongue and upper throat meets with the soft palate as well as the uvula. If these touch one another and there is vibration during breathing it will make a person snore.
